It was great to attend an amazing Women in Leadership event this morning celebrating #IWD2023. The event was organised by Rotary District 9910 and had a room filled with women in Rotary.
Nicola Willis MP shared her journey to leadership and its trials and tribulations with us! Plenty of great learnings; stop aiming for perfection, someone else sees more potential in you than you see in yourself and develop another person to reach their full potential!
Already looking forward to next year and catching up with a great group of amazing women again.
